Jocelyn is a Long Island North Fork native who grew up in the real estate business, and enjoys selling homes in the markets she loves and knows the best. After receiving a "built-in" real estate education from her father, a builder on the South Fork for over 30 years with whom she worked after college, Jocelyn decided to pursue a career in residential sales out in the Hamptons. But because she lives on the North Fork and formed such strong ties there, she decided to expand her network and focus on sales and rentals in her community as well.

A resident of Mattituck with her husband and son, Jocelyn has lived on the North Fork all of her life. She studied Business Administration at Southampton College then in Santa Barbara, CA. Jocelyn has always a deep passion for the North Fork, as well as a strong loyalty to representing this wonderful area to the best of her ability. She understands people’s unique needs whether they’re seeking a vacation home or primary residence; plus she capably handles diverse deals ranging from sales and rentals to securing land and commercial property.

Hard-working, energetic and ambitious, Jocelyn stands behind her clients through every step of the real estate process – exploring their needs, easing their concerns, and achieving their goals in the most efficient manner possible. Her in-depth market knowledge and easygoing manner make every transaction seamless, enjoyable, and ultimately rewarding.

When she's not out with her clients, Jocelyn likes to continually educate herself to enhance her expertise. For instance, she's presently taking marketing classes that complement her own creativity and skill in marketing properties she lists. Jocelyn also keeps busy with her son's activities at the Mattituck/Cutchogue School, which includes soccer, baseball and other sports. And when time allows, she's always up for an outdoor adventure, whether it be hiking, rock climbing, horseback riding or swimming at the beach.
